Worst App in the store?

Now, obviously I have not tried every App in the App Store. And yet, I believe this would be a solid contender for worst app ever. I seriously question how it was accepted. It is crude. The A and B buttons do not do anything. It *really* makes me wish I could give it -100 stars. And more so: that there was a "delete this app and erase all record of me ever downloading it, and never let it show up in an App Store search ever again" option.

A complete was of 5 minutes of my life that I will never get back.
